Lets start by suggesting a few simple options:

1. Try to save the money ahead of time.  Set up a plan to deduct a certain amount of your paycheck every pay period, and put the money away in an account opened solely for the purpose of paying for your procedure.
2. Charge to your credit card.  Call your credit card company ahead of time to determine your credit limits and interest rates.
3. Save enough money to pay for half of the procedure, and charge the remainder to your credit card.
4. Take out a personal loan from your bank or employee credit union.
5. Use some or your home's equity.  By using a home equity loan, the interest you'll pay towards paying back a home equity loan is tax deductible.
