Meet Our Staff
| Naunie Woods, Registered Nurse (RN) |
 |
A native of Indiana, Naunie has
lived in Nashville for the past twelve years. She has been in the
medical field for the past eight years and has worked in plastics for
the past three years. She also has five years experience in cardiac
surgery and heart lung transplants both pediatric and adult. Woods is
also a nurse educator, patient care, skin care and laser specialist.
Also serving as Dr. Gilmer’s assistant, one of her primary
responsibilities is overseeing and talking to the patients about Botox,
Restylane, Juviderm, Perlane, and the new Fraxel Laser. A graduate of
TSU and Nashville State Community College, Naunie’s hobbies include
hiking, yoga, reading, going to the beach, music, and dancing. |
Deborah Ramirez,
Supervisor |

Ramirez is a native of Houston, TX.
She has lived in Nashville for nine years. In the past, Deborah worked
has for a psychiatrist and Centennial Orthopedics. Ramirez has worked
at Dr. Gilmer’s office for over seven years. Deborah’s friendly
personality makes her a favorite with the patients. Her hobbies are
shopping, outdoor activities, and dancing. |
Patsy Clark, Office Manager |

The longest of Dr. Gilmer’s
employees. Patsy has worked for Dr. Gilmer for over 13 years. Clark is
a native of California. In her former life, she was also a singer. She
has many years of experience working with all kinds of doctors. Clark
also does the voice-overs for all Dr. Gilmer’s television and radio
commercials. In her spare time, Patsy loves going to the beach. |
Mary Hernandez,
Spanish Translator |

Hernandez started working as the
office Spanish translator in March of 2006. Mary is very instrumental
in helping broaden our Spanish-speaking client base. A native of
Mexico, Hernandez has lived in Nashville for the past 38 years. Mary
is also a graduate of cosmetology school. Her hobbies include dancing,
exercising, shopping and making crafts. |
Caitlin Wesenberg,
Surgical Technician |

Wesenberg has been a resident of
Nashville since 2004 and has worked for Dr. Gilmer since 2005. A 2004
graduate of Tennessee Technology Center, Caitlin has her ACLS
(Advanced Cardiac Life Saving) and BLS (Basic Life Saving)
certification. |
